Location and kitchen. Its a historic building. Well appointed. Not brand new but well maintained. Very clean. No carpet.

A spacious well equipped hotel room. Comfortable bed. Large bathroom with separated toilet, shower and vanity areas. Infinity Pool on 19th floor. Lounge with coffee and snacks while waiting for room to be ready.

From day one the staff were very friendly and always happy to help. The room was very clean and I had no issues throughout my stay. The location of the hotel is perfect and walking distance from great food places and sights to see.

The Property was perfect, the minute we entered the lobby, the aromatic scent gave us a feeling of calmness. The staff who attended to us (Trixie) at the desk was very professional and friendly. Her smile was contagious. After a while, Trixie and Vince surprised us with a birthday cake right at our room door. They even sang us a birthday song, that was an extra mile service It was a very pleasant experience. We are so pleased with the special treatment by Trixie and Vince. They are truly a gem for the company as they warmth our hearts The room is way above our expectation, neat, clean and hygienic. Thanks to Chan Yap for the good job! The gym is great it meets our needs. The location is perfect, LauPaSat is just behind Ascott and Raffles MRT is just around the vicinity and accessible everywhere. We had a great impression of Ascott Raffles Place. We felt safe and we had great memories at the place Thank you Ascott. Highly recommended service Hotel indeed!

1. Excellent location, just in front of exit i for Raffles Place Station and there's a 7-Eleven convenience store by the MRT exit. All amenities are within 5 minutes walking distance. 2. Big room, spacious and quiet, although within the city center. Value for money! 3. Steady internet connection. 4. Full facilities : microwave, full kitchenette & washing machine (I've gotten upgrade to Brown Suite). Love the gym and communal living room too!

The place was absolutely fantastic and we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was fully furnished and had everything we didnt know we needed incl a washing machine, kitchen area with coffee maker and was situated in a lovely area.

The location of this property was perfect for our stay. The MRT station is right outside, its a 20min walk to Gardens by the Bay, theres a great food court a 5min stroll and bus station too. We managed to get around on public transport with such ease. The hotel is very comfortable. We received a complimentary room upgrade to the Finlayson suite and it was so spacious, with washer/dryer and kitchen. Swimming pool was great
